Reiki Healing

A Reiki healing session with me is a deeply restorative experience, designed to balance your body, mind, and spirit through energy work.

What to Expect:
The session begins with a brief consultation where we will discuss any specific areas of concern or intentions for your healing. This allows me to tailor the session to your unique needs, whether you're looking to relieve physical pain, address emotional blockages, or restore your energy flow. Once you're comfortable and relaxed, you'll lie down on the treatment table, and I'll guide you into a light meditation to help calm your mind and prepare you for the healing process. I will then conduct an energy scan using crystals to assess your energy field and identify any imbalances.

Healing Process:
Using a combination of crystal therapy, sound frequencies, and sacred Reiki symbols, I will make subtle adjustments to your energy field. This may involve gentle placement of crystals on or around your body, as well as the use of sound healing tools to enhance the energetic flow. If appropriate, I may also use light pressure on specific acupressure points to release any blockages (with your permission, of course). Aromatherapy can also be incorporated into the session for an added layer of relaxation and healing, using essential oils that resonate with your energy.

Session Conclusion:
At the end of the session, we will discuss any energy imbalances I've identified and I’ll provide recommendations for maintaining your balance moving forward. Multiple sessions are often recommended for the best results, as Reiki is cumulative and works more deeply with each session.

Although Reiki healing is most effective when performed in person, I also offer distance healing sessions that can be done remotely via video chat.
